Food Service Grant

The Illinois Pork Producers Association (IPPA) is proud to announce the recipients of the IPPA Inaugural Food Service Grant. This opportunity was made available to all Illinois high school culinary, food services and consumer education classes. The grant was created to educate students about pork production, which refers to the raising of pigs to provide quality pork people can taste and trust. In addition, the pork purchased will be used in a recipe of the teacher’s choice and prepared by students in said cooking class.
